Refund Policy
Exchanges and Returns
- You may exchange any item bought from ZOKINI once within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- The item(s) must be in its original packaging with the invoice included.
- If an item is delivered incorrectly (in terms of size, color, or style), the customer has the right to request an exchange.
- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, defective items will be refunded.
- All returns and exchanges for the orders, must be sent back to the address provided by ZOKINI at the customer’s expense.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information.
- ZOKINI reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution.
- If a paid order becomes eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process on the same credit card that was used for the purchase and the amount may appear in your monthly credit card statement in 15 days.
